Colby was my tech and my situation was different my previous ac tech from another company took my blower motor a week ago and never came back to fix it replace it. I have made an estimate for installing the hard wire to his hot tub it would require a 50 amp GFCI breaker a regular breaker and a disconnect along with about 20 feet of number 6 wire as well as conduit

I did a two system super tuneup. Both systems are in the attic. Insulation is good. Both systems have water safeties furnace was running well. Deltas are nice. At the outdoor, there was a high in rush for the compressors. suggested hard start kits. Homeowner declined also suggested pant strips. Homeowner declined. Vacuum and washed out outdoor units and AC was running when I left.

On arrival core sense module had locked the condenser due to compressor overamping on start up. Additionally the dual run capicator was out of tolerance. Replaced capicator and added start kit. System running and cooling as I left with a 5 degree superheat and a 17 degrees delta.
Today we performed a plumbing tune up. I took a look at all the plumbing drains, stops ,fixtures, toilets, and supply lines. All drains and stops seem to be working and in good condition. The only notice that I had was both hose bibs were leaking out of the handle, and the water heater is 18 years old. I left a quote for both hose bib, and water heater. On arrival system was off. Found leak on evaporator coil and used bubbles to confirm. Customer is going to call warranty company and get back with us. Unable to verify coils warranty information at this time. Will have parts department look into it. Depending on warranty status I would recommend speaking with a comfort advisor about replacement of the system due to it's extensive service history and the ongoing cost of repairs.
On this job i looked at the cooling side of both systems. I washed both condensor and changed 1 filter. The other was not provided. Im happy to report that both systems test in tolernace. I do recommend easy starts for both system this will help the reduce inrush by 75% adding longjevity to the system.

Today we showed up for a plumbing evaluation homeowner was unable to shut off the water supply to his master bathroom toilet he was trying to do so because the toilet was constantly running this was due to a faulty fill valve homeowner chose to have us replace all four angle stops for his toilets and for supply lines for the toilets as well as a courtesy we swapped out the upper body of the fill valve in the master bathroom with customer supplied part there is no warranty on this one particular item all shut off and water lines are guaranteed
